Khloud Foods, a remote-US based role, seeks a Manager, Research & Development to drive commercialization from concept to full-scale production across our co-manufacturing network. You will lead cost and yield improvements, ensure product quality, and run the sensory program to determine readiness for scale.

This hands-on, individual contributor role sets technical standards, solves on-the-floor problems, and collaborates with Operations, FSQA, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in CPG food product development with 3+ years leading projects end to end.
• Experience with popcorn, baked or fried snacks.
• Strong formulation and ingredient functionality skills.
• Experience leading trials with co-manufacturers.

Mansioni

• Lead development of new products, line extensions, renovations, and cost-optimization projects across multiple snack formats.
• Partner with Marketing to translate consumer insights into compliant formulas.
• Own commercialization from feasibility through full-scale production at co-manufacturers.
• Lead plant trials, scale-ups, and process validations across multiple co-manufacturers.
• Drive QA, cost, yield improvements and manage sensory program.
