You will work with the Residential R&D teams on designing and testing new products, performing labproofs, planning trials, material testing, and data analysis to build business cases for capital investment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2.8 GPA and sophomore standing.
• Spring - Summer term candidates must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months (January – June 2027).
• Summer - Fall term candidates must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months (June – December 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

During your assignment, you will have a mentor - someone who will act as a coach to help you better understand both our company and your work responsibilities. The Residential R&D New Product Development team works closely with our Residential R&D Asphalt and Glass Mat teams, as well as our Residential Product Management teams in order to design and develop new products . Activities may include creating and testing initial proof of concepts in the laboratory, supporting trials through experimental planning, material testing, and data analysis,, and using these technical learnings to build a business case for capital investment. **Essential Duties:*** Problem solving, project management and communication skills are all necessary as is the ability to operate in a team environment.
