GAF is seeking an R&D Residential Product Development Intern for an on-site position in Parsippany, NJ. You will support the Residential R&D New Product Development team on early-stage concepts, testing, and data-driven decision making.

You will work with mentors, gain hands-on lab experience, and contribute to CAD drawings, data analysis, and experimental planning. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

The Residential R&D New Product Development team works closely with our Residential R&D Asphalt and Glass Mat teams, as well as our Residential Product Management teams in order to design and develop new products . Activities may include creating and testing initial proof of concepts in the laboratory, supporting trials through experimental planning, material testing, and data analysis,, and using these technical learnings to build a business case for capital investment.**Essential Duties:*** Problem solving, project management and communication skills are all necessary as is the ability to operate in a team environment.
