Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Manager, R&D Procurement (Level II/III) to manage outsourcing contracts for clinical trial vendors. The role emphasizes negotiation, vendor assessment, and cross-functional coordination, with onsite requirements in New Jersey.

Preferred local NJ candidate; onsite 1-4 days weekly (average 2). Requires 5+ years in clinical trial outsourcing and strong Word/Excel skills. Experience with CRO/biolabs contracts is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in clinical trial outsourcing, health sciences or related field (clinical trials).
• Advanced Word and Excel skills; ability to modify/re-format documents and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor assessment, RFP, selection, budget, and scope negotiation through contract execution.
• Oversee outsourcing contracts to ensure cost effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with R&D, Legal, Quality and Finance to resolve contract issues and ensure SLAs.
