Swift Solar in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Process Technician to join the device R&D lab on swing or night shifts. You will run thin-film deposition and characterization systems under direction from R&D scientists, document results, and keep lab operations efficient.

In this early-stage startup, you’ll help grow the team, mentor new colleagues, and expand your own skills while advancing our cutting-edge solar technology and fabrication capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on technician experience in a lab or technical setting.
• Ability to follow complex instructions from scientists and engineers with detail.
• Experience handling small, delicate samples with care.
• Strong communication, initiative, and independent time management.

Responsabilités

• Run thin-film deposition and characterization systems per experimental designs.
• Record organized notes and communicate results clearly.
