Qualifications

• Requires BS in Engineering and minimum of 3 years in engineering, preferably in food & beverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop process optimization projects across cross-functional teams.
• Identify formula improvements or cost reductions.
• Validate new equipment through hands-on testing and validation.
• Develop SOPs for new and existing equipment and processes.
• Train Operations staff to use new equipment and processes.
• Coordinate test runs and trials with production facilities and departments.
• Assist with new product scale-up and production trials.
• Coordinate internal or third-party analytical studies as needed.
• Support Operations in equipment selection and use for production.
• Provide technical training and support as required.
