Job summary

Rangeview, Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Process Development Engineer (R&D) to turn promising technologies into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes and own their maturation toward production transfer.

You will work in Rangeview's R&D team, designing experiments, analyzing results, and documenting specifications, SOPs, and training materials to ensure a smooth handoff to production. This onsite role includes equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/process development or related technical field.
• Experience developing or improving physical manufacturing processes.
• Strong applied statistics, including DOE, ANOVA, regression.

Responsibilities

• Own the maturation of assigned R&D processes from demonstration to production transfer.
• Design experiments, sampling plans, measurement methods, and analysis.
• Establish process windows, acceptance criteria, control plans, and data-driven decisions.
• Translate knowledge into specifications, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support transition of new processes into production with validation and training.
