Job summary

Rangeview Inc. is seeking a Process Development Engineer to turn promising R&D processes into robust, repeatable manufacturing workflows in El Segundo, CA.

You will collaborate with the R&D team, equipment engineers, and production to define process behavior, control strategies, and documentation. The role emphasizes developing assignable process maturity, experimental design, and transferring processes to production with a focus on yield, cycle time, and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/ process engineering or related field.
• Experience developing or improving physical manufacturing processes.
• Strong applied statistics, including experimental design and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing and process development maturity of assigned R&D processes from early technical demonstration through transfer to production.
• Design experiments, sampling plans, measurement methods, and statistical analysis.
• Establish process operating windows, CPk, control plans, and measurement systems.
• Translate technical knowledge into robust process documentation and SOPs.
• Support transition of new processes into production and initial runs.
