Job summary

Nestlé Development Center (NDC Solon, OH) seeks a senior culinary leader with deep pizza, pasta and dough expertise to drive prototypes from concept to scale. You will collaborate across Nestlé Chef Network and R&D, maintaining high culinary standards and leading safety and organization practices.

The role requires 5+ years of high-end restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel 10–15%. Visa sponsorship available as indicated by Nestlé.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional kitchen experience including Michelin-rated (or equivalent) high-end fine dining restaurants.
• Demonstrated craftsmanship in pizza, pasta and dough design and scaling for consistency.
• Professional culinary technique aligned with Michelin or similar standards.
• Excellent communication, oral and written, with ability to explain culinary concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive culinary-inspired ideas, concepts and prototypes based on consumer trends and business opportunities.
• Develop gold standard targets from idea inception to commercialization/scale up.
• Develop and leverage external networks in the culinary community.
• Identify and activate a Culinary Excellence/Culinary Education workstream within and across the Nestlé Chef Network and R&D.
• Maintain and develop culinary skills with inspirational activities and events in the development center.
• Inspire and support Nestlé Chef Network collaborations and knowledge sharing.
• Own best practice in kitchen and product safety and organization.
