Job description

Title: Pilot Plant Technician

Location: Beachwood, OH 44122

Duration: 0-11 Months

Shift: (M-F) 07:00am to 03:00pm

Pay Rate: $25.00/W2

Responsibilities:

1. Work in a team environment with minimal supervision in a chemical laboratory and pilot plant.
2. Process and synthesize chemical catalysts and substances in solid and liquid forms, including autoclaving, mixing, heat treating, extruding, and pelletizing.
3. Organize and store data electronically, using MS Office and custom applications. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to provide raw materials, samples, and data.
4. Regularly lift up to 20kg and work with body and respiratory protection equipment, such as powered air-purifying respirators.
5. Identify hazards and follow Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols to work safely.
