Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corn processing or similar manufacturing.
- Financial understanding of operational KPIs impacting P&Ls.
- Strong preference for Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Science degrees.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support R&D initiatives to reduce cost per ton/unit.
- Drive waste elimination and by-product optimization.
- Establish technical cost baselines for operational initiatives.
