Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in transformation, strong portfolio governance, and experience delivering executive-ready reporting and dashboards. A Bachelor’s in a relevant field is required, with MBA/desirable for seniority. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Operations/Supply Chain.
• 10+ years leading transformation, portfolio, or program work in cross-functional environments.
• Strong capabilities in governance, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience designing executive dashboards and metrics that drive decisions.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate BU and Central R&D initiatives into leadership views with transparency.
• Develop dashboards surface KPI health and strategic progress for decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-R&D prioritization and resource visibility for planning.
• Strengthen operating model standards, governance, and cadence across portfolios.
• Lead governance forums and drive adoption of disciplined working practices.
