Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company, is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineer in Ruston, LA, to design, analyze, and integrate mechanical and thermal systems for circuit card assemblies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• GPA 3.5+ on a 4.0 scale and listed on resume.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of mechanical and thermal systems for circuit card assemblies.
• Perform analyses of complex problems using first principles.
• Produce technical documentation of assigned projects.
• Hands-on lab work with a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and test microelectronics solutions.
