Qualifications

• Enrollment as a bachelor’s student in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on laboratory or testing internship/experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments; authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tests and studies to identify inconsistencies or opportunities.
• Execute various simulations.
• Develop Design of Experiment (DOE) to optimize studies.
• Develop test methods, write procedures, and train technicians on new procedures.
• Assist laboratory technicians on product engineering projects.
