Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for separation and purification of rare metals.
• Conduct lab-scale to pilot-plant-scale trials for proof-of-concept testing.
• Characterize materials with state-of-the-art instrumentation.
• Prepare detailed reports for upper management and records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify applications and opportunities.
• Assist or lead commercialization strategies to transition tech into products.
• Develop process development cost models (ROI analysis).
• Support safety processes and continuous improvement of the management system.
• Attend ongoing training and perform special projects as assigned.
