You will build processes, establish standards, and work across Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, and FSQA to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in food product development or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success coaching and building teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of formulation, ingredient functionality, process development, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D Organization: coach a high-performing team of scientists and technicians.
• Drive product development from concept through commercialization, including technical readiness and documentation.
• Build scalable R&D processes, standards, and operating systems for growth.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, Innovation, FSQA, Procurement, and Commercialization teams.
