GoMacro is seeking a Research & Development Manager to lead the R&D function, guiding new product development, commercialization, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. You will build the people, processes, and systems enabling GoMacro to scale while meeting quality, cost, and brand promises.

As a leader, you will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing, Innovation, FSQA, Procurement, Project Management, and Commercialization teams to translate needs into scalable technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Product Development, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in food product development, research & development, commercialization support, or technical operations in food manufacturing.
• 3+ years of people leadership with success coaching and building high-performing technical teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development from concept through commercialization.
