Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience across multiple learning modalities, ideally in biopharmaceuticals.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating staff development programs.
• Proficiency with authoring tools to build high-quality digital learning solutions.
• Strong listening, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Performance consultation with internal clients to identify skill gaps and deliver learning solutions.
• Design, build, and deliver engaging, multi-modal learning experiences (instructor-led, virtual, self-paced).
• Develop dynamic systems training assets including digital media and elearning.
• Project manage learning solutions with timelines, reviews, and documentation.
• Establish and analyze program metrics to report learning impact and drive improvement.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual development sessions across topics.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Support learning management systems and platform logistics for delivery.
• Partner with team members to manage end-to-end learning solutions & logistics.
