Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, pilot plant, or engineering environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to accurately collect, record, and communicate technical data.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with lens build process studies, parts assembly, and experimental activities.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and components for development studies and builds.
• Execute established procedures and document build batch records accurately.
• Collect, organize, and enter experimental data into electronic systems per GDP.
