On-Board Services is seeking an R&D Laboratory Technician – Formulation & Photolithography in Marlborough, MA. This 6-month contract role requires hands-on lab work, photolithography experiments, data analysis, and strict safety practices.

The position offers full lab facilities and benefits while supporting a local manufacturing client. The ideal candidate has a chemistry or related technical degree with up to 5 years of lab experience, familiarity with lithographic equipment, and proficiency

Competenze

• College, Associates, B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry/C.E. or related technical field.
• 0–5 years experience in chemistry lab.
• Experience with fabrication lab/cleanroom or lithographic equipment is a plus.
• Microsoft Office familiarity.
• US citizen or green card holder.

Mansioni

• Prepare formulation samples by weighing and mixing solid and liquid chemicals.
• Perform filtration and circulation process for formulation samples.
• Perform purification of chemicals, such as precipitation and ion-exchange.
• Conduct fundamental physical and analytical characterization.
• Conduct photolithography experiments in the fabrication laboratory.
• Submit and manage photolithography and metrology job requests.
• Record, organize and communicate experimental data.

• Title: R&D Laboratory Technician – Formulation & Photolithography
• Position Type: 6-month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
• Job Location: Marlborough, MA
• Shift: 1st

Requirements

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Copilot and agents is a plus
• US citizen or green card holder
