Job summary

IFS Coatings is seeking a motivated individual to contribute to product development in a laboratory setting. The role includes weighing, extrusion, milling, grinding and cleaning powder coatings, spraying test panels, and conducting tests using approved methods.

You will document results, adjust formulations based on trials, and prepare customer samples and trials. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential, with color vision testing required.
