Key Position Highlights:
- Position: R&D Laboratory Analysis - Junior Assignment
- Location: Thompsons Station, TN (On-Site)
- Work Setup: Full-Time, On-Site
- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour
- Target Start Date: August 24, 2026

What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting sample preparation, petrifilm methods, and PCR testing (e.g., BAX, Gene Up).
- Contributing to product hold and release testing to keep operations running smoothly.
- Utilizing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Excel, and Word for data entry and tracking.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment while adhering to ISO 17025 standards and aseptic techniques.
- Adapting flexibly to dynamic, evolving business needs with an open, problem-solving mindset.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
- Schedule Requirement: Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
- Key Soft Skills: Reliable team player, strong communicator, detail-oriented, coachable, and comfortable working through changing priorities with a positive attitude.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with PCR technologies, Petri film, cultural/anaerobic plating methods, or LIMS software is a big plus!
