Position Summary: The R&D Laboratory Leader supports laboratory operations and research activities while providing basic coordination of daily tasks. This role combines hands‑on lab work with limited leadership responsibilities, helping ensure experiments are completed efficiently, safely, and accurately.

• Laboratory Execution
  • Perform routine laboratory experiments, tests, and analyses

  • Record and report data accurately
