Job summary

Aerovent Fan Company, Inc. is seeking a Lab Technician in Plymouth, MN, responsible for testing and assembling fans and ventilators. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and 1-3 years of experience in sheet metal construction or equivalent.

This full-time position offers hourly pay of $21.00–26.00 based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package, such as medical, dental, vision, and 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with sheet metal construction techniques, welding, forming, or equivalent.
• Drafting or blueprint experience is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17025 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test different types of commercial and industrial fans and ventilators.
• Perform assembly and modification of fans and associated equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings for accurate assembly.
