Job summary

Bocchi Laboratories seeks a QA Lab Technician to support R&D chemists. You will assist in batching, sample handling, and physico-chemical testing of raw materials and finished goods. The role requires attention to detail, safe handling of chemicals, and accurate data recording.

The position emphasizes cGMP compliance, lab calibration, and documentation. English communication and basic math are essential, with some college a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in the U.S. lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience in QA environments is a plus.
• Must be able to read and follow safety rules and label instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Experience operating pH meters, viscometers and balances preferred.
• Background check and possible drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine fragrance extension formulas for batching and testing.
• Assist chemists with batching, sample filling, and shipping.
• Conduct physico-chemical testing on materials and intermediates.
• Set up, monitor, and record results for stability testing.
• Maintain calibration records for gauges and instruments.
• Comply with cGMP, safety policies, and training requirements.
