SK hynix America is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and reliability of our R&D laboratory and research spaces. The role combines strategic facilities management with hands-on technical execution, serving as the primary site representative for long-term building operations, construction projects, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Facilities Management within critical environments (R&D labs, data centers, or high-tech manufacturing).
• Hybrid background: manage facility operations/budgets and hands-on troubleshooting/repairs.
• Experience overseeing construction/renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle management: lead day-to-day operations and long-term maintenance of the R&D building.
• Direct technical execution: perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on critical infrastructure (Electrical, Mechanical, environmental control).
• Emergency response & 24/7 reliability: on-call leadership and rapid incident response.
• Construction, renovation & commissioning: oversee lab fit-outs and upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Vendor management & team leadership: manage external vendors, ensure safety compliance, develop SOPs & EOPs.
• Reporting, budgeting & compliance: provide status updates, manage OpEx and capital plans, ensure risk management.
