Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company seeks a driven R&D Data & Documentation specialist to support the Research & Innovation team. You will manage product development information, ensure regulatory labeling accuracy, and assist in lab operations, working closely with the Director of R&I in a hybrid Bay Area setting.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong communication, and apply data-management skills to improve processes, reports, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Required: BS Food Science or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
• Builder mindset for data management and creating processes, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• R&D Tools Oversight: maintain and update R&D tools and information; coordinate system training; audit tools for compliance.
• R&D Documentation: update templates, forms, and documents; ensure compliance and best practices.
• R&D Lab and PD Support: assist with label development, artwork approvals, and day-to-day lab tasks per SOP.
