Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company in Emeryville, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented R&D professional to support the Research & Innovation team. The role focuses on organizing, maintaining, and auditing key product development information, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling efficient label development and testing.

You will work closely with the Director of R&I, perform day-to-day lab support, and help manage tools and templates across the department in a dynamic, hybrid in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with product or label development and regulatory compliance.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple tools/databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update R&D templates, forms and documents.
• Audit R&D tools and ensure internal compliance and best practices.
• Support label development, claim substantiation and lab/pilot line activities.
