Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an R&D Intern in the United States (New Jersey) to join a team of scientists, engineers, and nutritionists. You will work on product design or development, process development, quality and consumer science projects during a 10–12 week summer internship.

The program offers mentorship, projects presented to leadership, housing and travel benefits, and potential full-time conversion after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Food Science (preferred) or related fields.
• Statistical Analysis (MiniTab, JMP, SAS, or similar) experience or coursework.
• Analytical and computer skills with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product design, process development, and quality projects in R&D.
• Assist with consumer science and nutrition-related tasks as part of cross-functional teams.
• Engage in mentorship and project work designed for summer interns.
