Job summary

Corteva Agriscience in Indianapolis is offering full-time summer internships within our Research and Development organization. Interns will work closely with experienced scientists in an industrial R&D setting, gaining hands-on experience across biochemistry-related projects and data-driven research.

You will relocate to Indianapolis and commit to 40 hours per week for 10 weeks between May and August, with opportunities to present your work and network across the company.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Biochemistry.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Must relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the internship duration.
• Must be available full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 weeks (May–August).

Responsibilities

• Participate in research projects across biochemistry-related fields such as plant biology, microbiology, molecular biology, or plant pathology.
• Assist in planning, preparation, calibration, application, evaluation, and data analysis under supervision.
• Present project reviews and a final poster at internship end.

Corteva Agriscience is seeking students for full-time internships within our Research and Development organization in Indianapolis, Indiana. Interns will work closely with experienced scientists and technical experts in an industrial R&D setting, with opportunities to build skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and network across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Interns will participate in research projects focused in one of many biochemistry related fields including plant biology, microbiology, molecular biology, and plant pathology.
• Participate in all phases of research including planning, preparation, calibration, application, evaluation, and analysis with supervisor.
• Work in a safe manner and embody Corteva’s safety culture.
• Demonstrate independent and creative thinking by making novel observations, interpreting data, and drawing sound scientific conclusions.
• Present project reviews throughout the summer and a final poster before colleagues and peers.

What Skills You Need:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Biochemistry
• Must have successfully completed one full year of undergraduate-level biochemistry curriculum including associated laboratory courses
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must be able to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the duration of the internship.
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the timeframe of May to August.
