Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s in food science or chemistry and 5+ years in the food industry with at least

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or chemistry.
• 5+ years in the food industry with at least 3 years in R&D.
• Experience leading Innovation or Technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of bakery product processing and formulation.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC).

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement of R&D processes and practices.
• Provide technical support on ingredients, recipes, and processing.
• Support integration/start-up of new facilities and lines.
• Ensure adherence to product, process, and material standards.
