Job summary

Camfil USA in Riverdale, NJ is seeking an R&D HVAC Laboratory Technician for the 2nd shift. You will operate and maintain HVAC lab equipment, conduct testing on Camfil, competitor, and prototype filters, and support data reporting with the Report Generator and Wrike.

Training starts 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for three months; after that, hours shift to 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and a robust work ethic in a mixed office/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, laboratory or related work experience is a plus.
• Good communicator with the ability to express technical concepts in speech and writing (English).
• Team player, goal oriented with an optimistic outlook and attitude.
• Exceptional work ethic, highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of Camfil, competitor, and prototype filters as per the established testing protocols and relevant test standards.
• Maintain, clean, and repair all HVAC laboratory equipment and assets.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.
• Assist in report generation and scheduling utilizing tools such as the Report Generator and Wrike.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Camfil's HVAC products and relevant HVAC test standards (ISO 16890, ASHRAE 52.2).
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
