Job summary

Camfil USA Inc. in Riverdale, NJ is seeking a dynamic Temporary Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting for production and related roles at our manufacturing plant.

The role requires partnering with HR and hiring managers to design postings, screen candidates, and drive an efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in recruiting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred.
• 1+ year managing all phases of full-cycle recruitment, preferably in manufacturing and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for all levels (exempt and non-exempt).
• Develop job descriptions and postings; source and screen resumes; interview and assess candidates.
• Present offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics of candidate pre-screening and interviews.
• Travel to U.S. locations may be required as needed.

SUMMARY:

We currently have an opening for a dynamic Temporary Recruiter to join our growing organization. This position will require the ideal candidate to be based at our Riverdale, NJ manufacturing plant.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities for all levels of candidates (exempt, non-exempt, and production employees) to include developing job descriptions & job postings, sourcing, resume screening/submittal, interviewing, assessments, presenting offers, and onboarding activities.
• Meet with hiring manager and associated HR Representative to conduct recruitment assessment to determine needs, selection criteria, timing, and set expectations and strategies.
• Design and drive innovative recruiting branding campaigns to attract top talent to Camfil as an employer of choice.
• Source internal and external candidates using internal job posting process, direct sourcing, internet, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and networking.
• Work closely with HR Representatives and field management to provide extraordinary customer service and to provide timely updates.
• Timely scheduling and logistics coordination of candidate pre-screening and interviews.
• Travel to U.S locations may be required as business needs dictate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred.

• At least 1+ year(s) managing all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably in manufacturing and/or sales environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees and external parties.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to constructively and positively influence others; self-starter with high accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, LinkedIn sourcing/recruitment tools.

• Ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information and provide a positive image for the company in all situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
