Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products. You will own all aspects of EE hardware design, including BOM creation, circuit/board design, development, and validation, and collaborate with partner engineering teams.

You will lead from concept to sustained production, participate in customer trials, and support field issues in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment with a One Person One Board culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with large high-powered SOCs and advanced packaging.
• Ability to own hardware design from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of power/thermal issues on PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Own EE hardware design from conception to high-volume production.
• Create BOMs and participate in vendor negotiations.
• Design circuit/board layouts and perform development and validation.
• Support customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.).
