Dow Inc. invites new graduate BS/MS candidates to join our Research & DevelopmentEarly Career Program in North America. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and troubleshoot customer problems while aligning with business and sustainability goals.

You will have the chance to gain experience across process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering within various Dow business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Eng, Mech Eng, Materials, Polymer, CS, Math/Stats, Data Science.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• TWIC card may be required depending on location.
