Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Science or related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of organic chemistry and chemical synthesis methods.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and safely conduct laboratory experimentation.
• Set up equipment, prepare, characterize and test formulation properties.
• Utilize analytical and testing equipment to collect data and solve problems.
• Perform data analysis and maintain a well-organized lab notebook.
• Contribute to internal discussions and generate reports for distribution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to screen and commercialize new technologies.
• Ensure safety, and participate in site health, safety, and environment programs.
