You will own formulation, scale‑up, sensory testing, and ensure food safety and quality while driving cost efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science is required.
• Food Safety Training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Development or related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialization with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop formulations, scale up in plant trials and ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Engineering, and Quality.
• Manage documentation, costings and ingredient inventory knowledge.
• Support customer-facing activities and supplier/ingredient approvals.
• Drive HACCP integration and ensure regulatory compliance.
