Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Expert knowledge of load losses, eddy currents, and leakage flux.
• Strong understanding of short-circuit forces and electromechanics.
• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., FEM).
• Proven success in R&D delivery, problem-solving, and failure analysis.

• Serve as global expert on load losses and short-circuit forces.
• Coach engineering teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Lead or major contributor on R&D projects.
• Develop transformer designs, models, and technical documentation.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and analytical calculations.
• Define and execute validation experiments.
• Analyze test results and translate insights into design standards.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
