Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in transformer design or R&D environments.
• Strong expertise in load losses, eddy currents, and leakage flux.
• Deep understanding of short-circuit forces and electromechanics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global expert on load losses and short-circuit forces.
• Guide engineering teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to R&D projects as Technical Lead or key team member.
• Develop transformer designs, models, and technical documentation.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and analytical calculations.
• Define and execute validation experiments.
• Analyze test results and convert insights into design standards.
