Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a hands-on technical field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment (>80% of time).
• Good dexterity with fragile wafers and process equipment.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support process experiments by loading, operating, and unloading epitaxy reactors.
• Track R&D wafers through process and metrology workflows.
• Perform wafer characterization and collect measurement data.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on epitaxy reactors.
• Develop operating procedures and train staff based on process development learnings.
• Lead simple projects from planning through completion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
