Qualifications

  • Verify and certifyour optical and electrical test and measurement instrument products such as Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc..
  • Establishes optical and electrical measurement methods, following standards, and traceability.
  • Responsible for field applications and customer product development or enhancement.
  • Provides sales and marketing support for the company’s growth initiative.
  • Provides technical expertise on product to close on final sale.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provides reports on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Designs metric solutions for customers with helps of other departments.
  • Write product application notes and papers for academic and technical publications as well as trade magazines . Be capable of presenting the company’s research achievements in prestigious domestic and international academic and industrial standard conferences.

Required Qualifications
  • Master'sor Ph.D.Degree inOptics, EE or ME.
  • At least 2 years’ experienceinoptical or electrical metrology, instrument designing, manufacturing or, calibration services with NIST traceability.
  • Profound knowledgeinlight measurement instrument, NIST traceability, national and international lighting measurement standards, optical measurement and electrical testing equipment, power supply and pulse generator.
  • Thorough understanding of traceability, accuracy, precision, systematic bias, and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty.
  • Promote and sell company products such as Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc..
  • Confer with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and application solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise on products to close on final sale.
  • Lead the activities of trade shows to present and promote our products and services.
  • Work with technical and quality department to update or modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers or prospective customers.
  • Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’sor higherdegree inOptics, EE or ME; MBA is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of methods showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration etc..
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Profound knowledgein NIST traceability, national and international lighting measurement standards, optical and electrical testing equipment, power supply and pulse generators.

  • Responsible for directing, implementing, and maintaining processes of assembling, certifying and calibrating at least one of our following optical and electrical test and measurement instrument product lines: Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc..
  • Establish partner relationship with domestic and overseas supply chain to improve fill rates and reduce supply risk.
  • Ensure effective material controls and efficient usage of resources, set priorities and support customers' requirements in a cost effective manner.
  • Help create vision, strategy and goals for achieving operational excellence.
  • Help direct and manage all aspects of manufacturing to achieve goals related to on-time delivery, quality and cost objectives.
  • Help forecast department operating and capital expenditures.
  • Provide management with periodic reports summarizing manufacturing cost and performance efficiencies.
  • Evaluate performance and assist in career development planning for staff.
Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Quality, or other related field.
  • More than 5 years of progressively responsible experience for test and calibration.
