Job summary

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include a technical diploma, certificate, AS/AAS, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with product development, manufacturing, testing, or related technical work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Engineers and Project Engineers with product development activities.
• Perform technical and development tasks to support engineering projects.
• Assemble prototypes for lab and field evaluation.
• Mold soft bait prototypes for evaluation.
• Perform product measurements and basic testing.
• Prepare and submit samples for formal testing.
• Assist with prototype builds, evaluations, and documentation.
• Understand CAD models and drawings.
