Responsibilities

• Lead internal R&D and product engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate software, hardware, and mechanical engineering teams and NPI.
• Define requirements, deliverables and development activities with engineers.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets and objectives.
• Provide clear project reporting to stakeholders across the business.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
