The R&D Engineering Manager – Electrical manages and directs electrical engineers working on programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on new products. They coordinate activities of the electrical engineering department to design, develop, manufacture, and test electrical components, products, and complex systems. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, team management, and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Manage project documentation and tracking.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
