Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. and/or M.S. in Engineering or related field from a recognized program.
• 7 to 10 years of engineering experience, prefer 20+ years in NPD or R&D.
• Passionate about designing creative solutions to challenging problems.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing team of Senior Engineers and Project Engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth of team members.
• Collaborate with the Director of Innovation to define technical roadmaps.
