Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD platforms (SolidWorks, Fusion, or similar systems).
• Experience creating detailed mechanical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Working knowledge of metal fabrication, welding processes, and pneumatic systems.
• Hands-on mindset with comfort working directly on the production floor.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts related to new product development.
• Develop mechanical designs and component layouts using 3D modeling.
• Generate and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
• Support product validation efforts including lab testing.
• Design and implement custom tools to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related challenges.
• Collaborate with teams for smooth design implementation.
