Job summary

A leader in precision manufacturing is seeking an R&D Manager to oversee project tasks and ensure successful program launches in the medical device and life sciences industry. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in a technical project management capacity, along with proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Project. This position is based in Fairfield, NJ, with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management/technical project management.
• Experience in the medical device/life science industry is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of ANSI/ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and completion of all project tasks.
• Lead technical teams for successful launch of complex programs.
• Facilitate Tooling Kickoff and Design Review Meetings.
