Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Enrolled in a formal Co-Op program as part of a Bachelor’s degree curriculum (preferred).
• Complete 3 on-site rotations as a co-op engineer; program runs one semester on, one semester off (preferred).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all facets of the research and development lifecycle.
• Contribute to design and engineering execution of projects and initiatives.
• Learn about automation solutions for project processes and products.
• Provide new and diverse ideas to technology, engineering, and management teams.
• Build and develop technical capabilities.
• Apply engineering principles while considering customer needs and financial and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and other co-ops.
• Work on electrical, mechanical, and software problems.
• Receive mentorship and training from senior engineers.
• Complete three on-site co-op rotations.
