Job summary

RG&T Solutions is offering a co-op/internship across multiple departments in the United States, including manufacturing, quality, facilities, tooling, research, and supplier support. This hands-on program provides mentorship and exposure to project work while pursuing an engineering degree.

Ideal for mechanical engineering students with 2.5+ GPA, sophomore or higher, and the ability to work 40 hours per week for 10+ weeks.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or related program with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Class status of sophomore or higher.
• Availability for 10+ weeks, working 40 hours/week.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes, equipment installation, and process improvements.
• Assist with vehicle testing, quality analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Contribute to facility design, CAD drafting, and infrastructure modifications.
• Design manufacturing tooling and support automation projects.
• Help develop vehicle components, conduct testing, and perform data analysis.
• Support supplier evaluations, materials testing, and metallurgical analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and project tracking.
