• Develops advanced concepts and approaches to extend R&D engineering.
• Develops new technical capabilities and expands ongoing efforts.
• Leads development of technical products and academic/proposals for funding.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project plans (scope, schedule, budget) for small to moderate projects.
• Mentors and trains junior staff.
